on Ray who quickly mutates into a creature part man and part insect.
Now the Police has to deal with a criminal like nothing they never had to deal with before, a monster mosquito, a mosquitoman
and they can't let him escape the hospital and enter the general population, no matter the cost.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
The effects are impressive, the Mosquitoman costume is impressive, the story works and the bad guy was really bad. There are
some minor character issues in this, but basically a pretty cool monster movie with all the right elements given at the right
time. All the frights, laughs and scares all at the places they should be, a very well crafted formula piece. 8 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
True. I would have to agree, but I would also have to say it was too formulaic, all the right i's were dotted and t's were
crossed. There were no surprises, no twists. Now I always like were the twists are going in a movie but this was too perfect
in the direction it went. 7 STARS.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ STORY (The story works.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ EFFECTS (The effects are impressive)
+ CREATURE EFFECTS (The creature effects are impressive.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES)
- CHARACTERS (There are some minor character issues.)
- NO TWISTS (VOLTRON was upset that it was too formulamatic, that is had no twists.)
AND FINALLY...
- NOT FOR EVERYONE (If killers turning into blood sucking bugs isn't your bag, then this isn't the movie for you.)
